QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • How many spartan mask images are part of this package?

Hello Bryan, there are 7 designs in this package.

  • Do you know if vcarve pro 9.5 will accept this file with no issues?

Hello Carl, simply you can try our sample of free dxf designs and check if our designs works with you. Anyway we will be happy to help you anytime. https://www.dxfforcnc.com/collections/free-dxf-files

  • When you say the file contains "open" loops, do you mean that it simply contains (what I call) a straight or curve line cut? I ordered a file from you before and had no issues, but I don't know if that "open" loop statement applied to it. (My machine will cut a straight or curved line from a point "a" to a point "b".) Just checking that I'm on the same page/thought... Thanks.

Hello Matthew, open loop here means that the lines are single lines not closed shape, some machines cannot see these single lines, any way we can solve this issue, we just make a note for the customer. I see that you don't have this problem depending on the last order you have.
