Fire Pit Balls Plain with flames for outdoor fireplace illustrated in decorative view with variable sizes options and delivered in dxf files cut ready for cnc machines. All our dxf designs are ready for most CNC cutting machine and designed to be cut for plasma and laser cutters and can be scaled for any other CNC machine such as water jet cutters to any size to fit your design needs.
Available Balls Sizes and Descriptions:
1- 24 inch (0.61 m) Separated pieces (Will need just Welding):
One file for CNC table not less than 48x53 inch (1.2x1 m).
2- 24 inch (0.61 m) Linked pieces (Will need Bending and Welding):
One file for CNC table not less than 48x82 inch (1.2x2 m).
3- 36 inch (914 mm) Separated pieces (Will need just Welding):
One file for CNC table not less than 72x80 inch (2x1.5 m).
4- 36 inch (914 mm) Linked pieces (Will need Bending and Welding):
Three files (2 for Ball and Base) for CNC table not less than 113x59 inch (3x1.5 m).
It is magic elements of your outdoor fireplaces and gardens home decor. These are good clean dxf files, No surprises with extra cuts or too many nodes leaving you with a rough cut. These will cut clean.
Resizable DXF files:
These dxf designs can be scaled down to be smaller, but this is limited according to your machine type and your cutting beam width. All our designs are designed considering the minimum cutting beam width is 0.0625" (1.6 mm). All our files will be accessible for downloading once you finish the payment. Only the custom design requests, or the custom changes will be delivered after finishing the requesting design.

Hello Adam, one of my expert customers answered me this question, if you will use the fire pit more then you need to use thick metal about 1/4 or 3/16 to stay long life with you, and if you need to bend it easily the thickness should be 1/8
What angle should I fit up the pieces when assembling the separated pieces?
Hello, simply you will start by contacting 3 pieces and the angle will be ok, you don't need to know exact value, after contacting the 3 parts all the other parts will be easy to assemble.
